Indian Heritage
Second part of the the 302 module focusing widely on our chosen area of interest whether it is a concept, material or process and develop our ideas further. I have focused on the concept of my Indian heritage using floral, henna, Mughal Jewellery craft history and aspects of Bollywood with vibrant colours and decorative details. I have decided to develop my fretwork skills further using my henna designs as a starting point and combining with enamels of hot and cold, glass, etching, gold leaf and beads to give colourful and intricate details of India with a modern twist.
Here is my creative journey.
